New Leaf, Inc. is a non-profit agency located in Oak Harbor, Washington. We hire adults with disabilities to work our federal contracts on Naval Air Station - Whidbey Island for grounds maintenance, janitorial services, galley food services, and commissary shelf stocking and custodial services. Our mission is to promote independence and quality of life through employment.

Our board members are an essential part of our organization, providing oversight and guidance for our administrative work and government compliance. We seek board members who are engaged in the community and who truly care about being a part of an organization dedicated to enabling people with abilities to take on productive and enriching roles in our community.
